Who needs to stay and who needs to leave…

I have decided to write about Chelsea’s squad, because there has been lots of speculation over who should go and who should stay, so i am writing my opinion…..

PETR CECH - Great Goalkeeper on his day, makes errors sometimes, but never been as good since injury ib 2006. (STAY)

ROSS TURNBULL - Only just been signed this summer, looks like a good prosect for the future. (STAY)

HENRIQUE HILARIO - Looks like he is now our third choice keeper, even though he is a very good keeper. He isnt getting first-choice football and really should leave for a smaller club. (LEAVE)

JOSE BOSINGWA - Very good signing for Chelsea last summer and is the premiership’s best right-back. (STAY)

PAULO FERREIRA - Always been my favourite right-back but doesnt play very often and is getting older as we speak (LEAVE)

JULIANO BELLETTI - Is normally employed in midfield now rather than right-back but can be play in defence if needed. Adds steel to Chelsea’s midfield. (STAY)

RICARDO CARVALHO - Has reitarated his desire to leave Chelsea even though he is one of the best defenders in the world. At an age of 31 and played for chelsea for five years, it could be time to move on. Chelsea would need a very good replacement to replace Carvalho. (STAY)

MICHAEL MANCIENNE - Did well at wolves last season on loan but is one for the future. (GO OUT ON LOAN)

BRANISLAV IVANOVIC - Plays at centre-back although will play at right-back if needed to. Played right-back in 3-1 win over liverpool scoring 2 goals from corners. (STAY)

JOHN TERRY - No doubt about it, he is the heart and soul of Chelsea FC, he is ‘Mr. Chelsea’. (STAY)

ALEX - Took Carvalho’s place last season, when carvalho was injured and looks to have made the position his own. (STAY)

ASHLEY COLE - Only recognised left-back in the chelsea team, although the signing of Zhirkov earlier this month means he has possible competition for the left-back slot. On his day, A.Cole is unstoppable. (STAY)

FLORENT MALOUDA - Only recognised Left-Midfielder, although again the signing of Zhirkov means he could have a run for his money, but got better as the season went on. (STAY)

MICHAEL BALLACK - A brilliant midfielder that organizes his game well, plays easy passes and unlocks defences well. (STAY)

MICHAEL ESSIEN - Hard-running midfielder who can play in a number of positions, such as Right-Back, Right Midfielder,Centre Midfield and even Centre-Back. (STAY)

DECO - Bought for 8m last summer, which seemed to be a good deal, but was out after two games with injury. He uses skills in his game and plays well when called upon (STAY)

FRANK LAMPARD - Very  very good midfielder who plays perfect through-balls and passes and plays well with Essien (STAY)

JOHN OBI MIKEL - Up and coming star as a holding or attacking midfielder, seems to get regular games now and then, but i think he should go out on loan to a team such as Everton or Wigan to gain more experience (OUT ON LOAN)

CARLOS MINIERO - Never been played and was supposed to be used as back-up to Essien when Essien was injured but since joining the club and at 34 years old should definetely be playing a big part in Chelsea’s plans. (LEAVE)

YURY ZHIRKOV - Latest Chelsea recruit who can play anywhere on the left-wing which is good for Chelsea because the left is Chelsea’s weak spot.Zhirkov looks promising (STAY)

JOE COLE - Chelsea’s right-winger adds a different dimension to Chelsea’s attacking play but was injured for the best part os last-season. (STAY)

MIROSLAV STOCH - Chelsea youth player who has broken into Chelsea’s first choice team but has yet to establish himself as a first-teamer. (GO OUT ON LOAN)

NICOLAS ANELKA - Premier-leagues top goalscorer last season with 19 goals, Anelka links up with Drogba when playing together and has an eye for goal. (STAY)

DANIEL STURRIDGE -¬† Chelsea’s first signing this summer, looks promising and has big ambitions. Says he wants to play for england by world cup 2014. (STAY)

SALOMON KALOU - Could be overshadowed by new signing Sturridge and hasnt really had many games, at 24 he should be playing more games (LEAVE)

DIDIER DROGBA - At 31 years, Drogba is getting older, yet this seems to make him better and averages 20 goals a season. Has been linked with so many clubs, yet he is loyal and stays with Chelsea. (STAY)

FRANCO DI SANTO - Franco is only 20 years of age and has come on as a substitue many times for Chelsea notably in the Carling Cup and FA Cup. As i say about other youngsters, franco should be out on loan playing games. (OUT ON LOAN)

GOKHAN TORE - To be fair, he has only just turned 17, so isnt expected to be anywhere near first-team stuff yet, but should be played in the reserve and youth side in Chelsea or go out on loan where he will be guranteed first-team games. (OUT ON LOAN)

So then there you have it

The Players that should leave are : Hilario, Ferreira, Miniero, Kalou
