No worry for Petrić

“Mladen’s appearance on the EURO is as much doubtful as mine, you never know what can happen by then, it is possible that a car wades me. He just has to take good rest, everything will be all right”, claims the doctor of the national team Zoran Bahtijarević.

In the last time in the public was widen a story that Croatian striker Mladen Petrić has problems with his backs, and that there is even possibility of his absence on EURO, what would, after the loss of Eduardo, be a real tragedy.

The striker of Borussia Dortmund is for the last two months before the matches getting injections against the pains, and few days ago he asked coach Thomas Doll to save him by the end of Bundesliga for the EURO.

“I don’t know anything, but that the pain in Mladen’s backs is the result of tiredness and large number of matches. We are waiting for few more test results, to see what exactly is the problem”, declared Slaven Bilić who claims that he isn’t worried, and optimism was also offered by the national team’s doctor Bahtijarević:

“Mladen’s appearance on the EURO is as much doubtful as mine, you never know what can happen by then, it is possible that a car wades me. He just has to take good rest, everything will be all right. There are lots of players with the same pains, but nobody makes any fame about it, so it shouldn’t be made even now.”
